We stayed at this hotel in Naples because it is very centrally located and it had a lift. Room was comfortable though a bit small, bathroom with bath and bidet. Reason for our holiday was to celebrate my birthday, hotel staff were told about this and also they could confirm this from my passport, however not even a mention was made from any of the staff. A little greeting could have gone a long way to make my day special. Reception staff need to be more attentive to customers’ birthdays. We have been to hotels that were grade 3 stars not 4 like NH Napoli and not only they wished me a happy birthday but they also gave me a momento as a reminder of my stay! I expected better from such a renowned hotel chain!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and found it to be a really nice hotel with a great location. It was close to the port and the main shopping areas. The rooms were clean and tidy with a fantastic view across Naples.
